Duration: 12 Months
Required Exp Level: 4-5 Years
H4-EAD or OPT is fine
Pay Rate: $32/hr on W2 or $35/hr on C2C
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced QA Tester with strong Banking domain expertise to join our team in Naperville, IL. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of banking applications through comprehensive testing strategies, strong analytical skills, and close collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Required Skills:
– Strong experience in manual testing with exposure to automation frameworks.
– Solid understanding of the banking/financial services domain (Retail Banking, Payments, Lending, etc.).
– Experience with test management and defect tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, ALM).
– Good knowledge of SQL for data validation.
– Familiarity with API testing tools (e.g., Postman, SOAP UI).
– Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
