Location: Moline, IL (100% onsite) || Need only Local from IL.
Duration: 12 Months+

Pay Rate: $61/hr on C2C
Visa: USC, GC, GC-EAD, H4-EAD, L2-EAD only (No H1b, OPT/CPT)

Description:
As a Technical Product Owner, you will act as the critical link between business stakeholders and engineering teams, translating business needs into scalable, secure, and innovative technical solutions. You will own the product roadmap, manage the backlog, and ensure the successful delivery of AI-powered and cloud-native applications. Your experience with AI technologies, including Microsoft Copilot and Azure AI Foundry, will be instrumental in driving intelligent automation and digital transformation initiatives.

Experience:
·      Minimum 6 years of experience as a Product Owner with a strong technical background.
·      10+years of experience in IT Consulting or 6+ years in Business Consulting with a focus on Technology Advisory.
·      Proven experience in AI solution provisioning, including model selection, training, deployment, and monitoring.
·      Hands-on exposure to Microsoft Copilot and Azure AI Foundry, with a clear understanding of their capabilities and integration patterns.
·      Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), system integration, APIs, and cloud technologies (especially Microsoft Azure).
·      Experience in Discrete Manufacturing (preferably Automotive), with exposure to CRM, Sales Transformation, and Dealer Management systems.
·      Proficiency in Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe) and tools such as Azure DevOps.
·      Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, microservices architecture, and cloud-native development.
·      Exposure to Design Thinking, User-Centered Design (UCD), or similar methodologies is advantageous.
·      Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
·      Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
