Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Python Developer to join our team in McLean, VA. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in backend development, API design, and data integration using modern Python frameworks. This role requires onsite presence and candidates must be available for an in-person interview at the McLean location.

Responsibilities:
Develop, test, and maintain backend services and APIs using Python.
Integrate third-party services and data sources to build scalable solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver high-quality software.
Optimize application performance and ensure code quality through testing and reviews.
Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to technical discussions and decisions.

Required Skills:
8+ years of hands-on experience in Python development.
Strong knowledge of Flask, Django, or FastAPI frameworks.
Experience with RESTful APIs, SQL/NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.).
Good understanding of Git, CI/CD pipelines, and unit testing frameworks.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
