Location: Cincinnati, OH (Onsite)
Duration: 12 Months+
Required Visa: USC, H4-EAD, L2-EAD / L2S, TN Permit.
Pay Rate: $50/hr on C2C
About the job:
ServiceNow Developer/Administrator, you will work in a fast-paced Agile environment supporting the ServiceNow Platform. You will administer and support multiple FedRamp ServiceNow instances to meet the unique business needs of our users and stakeholders. You will work with cross functional teams, including architects, business analysts, developers, product owners and other stakeholders, to understand and provide solutions across different applications on the ServiceNow Platform. You will perform production support including incident resolution and troubleshooting.
What you will bring:
– 3+ Years’ experience with ServiceNow Platform Administration.
– 3+ Years of experience with Application Experience: Incident, Problem, Change Management, Knowledge, Service Catalog, ITOM/CMDB.
– Current ServiceNow System Administrator certification required.
– Strong experience in system administration and JavaScript.
– Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
– Experience in diagnosing performance-related issues.
– Agile experience.
– Current ServiceNow System Administrator (CSA) certification required.
– Priority consideration given to candidates who possess a current ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) for SPM and/or APM certification.

– ServiceNow Development and Administration/Integration
– ServiceNow Certified Application Developer
– ITIL v3 or ITIL v4
