ETL Developer

position: ETL Developer

Location: Atlanta, GA (Onsite)

Job Type: Contract 6 Months+

Pay Rate: $46/hr on C2C

Only Local and independent contractors.

Requirement:
8+ Years of experience preferred.

Proficiency in Talend, Alteryx, or SSIS (experience with multiple tools preferred).

Strong understanding of data validation, reconciliation, and root-cause analysis.

Solid SQL knowledge and experience working with relational databases (SQL Server, Oracle, etc.).

Strong analytical skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

Having Retail experience is a plus.

Responsibilities:

Perform data comparison and validation between legacy and target systems to ensure consistency, accuracy, and completeness.

Develop and execute test automation scripts for data and integration pipelines.

Design, modify, and maintain ETL workflows using Talend, Alteryx, or SSIS. (Proficient in Talend or alteryx) – MUST

Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, ensuring smooth data flow between upstream and downstream systems.

Repoint, refactor, and enhance existing SSIS packages to align with new ERP data structures and connection endpoints.

Work closely with business analysts and data architects to interpret mapping rules and system transformation logic.

Implement validation and reconciliation reports to track migration quality and pipeline reliability.

Support continuous improvement by automating data checks, test cases, and integration monitoring.
