Title: Power Platform Developer
Location: Remote
Duration: 6 Months
Only visa independent (USC, GC, GC-EAD, H4-EAD, L2EAD)
Pay Rate: $60/hr C2C
Ideal Candidates would have Insurance/BFSI experience, plus experience of Billing/Licensing if possible. East coast candidates only
Required Qualifications:
– 5+ years of professional experience in software development.
– 3+ years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
– Proven expertise in Copilot Studio for building AI-driven workflows and automations.
– Strong knowledge of M365 services integration (SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, OneDrive).
– Experience integrating with Azure services such as Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and Dataverse.
– Proficiency in solution design, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
– Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
– Design, develop, and deploy scalable solutions using Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven), Power Automate, and Power BI.
– Leverage Microsoft Copilot Studio to build and implement AI-driven automation and conversational experiences.
– Integrate Power Platform solutions with M365 services (SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, Yammer) and Azure services.
– Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and deliver end-to-end implementations.
– Ensure best practices in application design, data security, governance, and performance optimization.
– Support troubleshooting, issue resolution, and ongoing enhancements of Power Platform applications.
