Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with Oracle ERP and Change Management expertise to lead enterprise transformation initiatives involving Oracle ERP implementations, upgrades, and business process improvements. The ideal candidate will manage project delivery while driving organizational change, stakeholder engagement, user adoption, and business readiness.

Key Responsibilities
Lead Oracle ERP implementation, upgrade, migration, and enhancement projects.
Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, risks, and resources.
Coordinate with business stakeholders, Oracle functional teams, technical teams, and vendors.
Drive change management activities to support successful adoption of Oracle ERP solutions.
Conduct stakeholder impact assessments and organizational readiness evaluations.
Develop communication, training, and user adoption strategies.
Facilitate project governance meetings and executive status reporting.
Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and mitigation plans.
Oversee testing, deployment, cutover, and post-go-live support activities.
Ensure project delivery aligns with business objectives and organizational standards.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, Engineering, or related field.
8+ years of Project Management experience.
5+ years of experience managing Oracle ERP projects.
Hands-on experience with Oracle ERP Cloud/Fusion or Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS).
Strong experience in organizational Change Management.
Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid project methodologies.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Proven track record of delivering large-scale ERP transformation programs.
Preferred Qualifications
PMP or PRINCE2 Certification.
Prosci Change Management Certification.
Experience with Oracle Financials, SCM, Procurement, HCM, or Supply Chain modules.
Experience managing global ERP deployments.
Knowledge of ERP integration and data migration strategies.
