Required Skills & Experience:
Hands-on experience with Contact Center Unified Agent Desktop Solutions.
Strong Solution Architecture background with Microsoft Dynamics and Workforce Management.
Proven experience in Digital Channel Solutions.
Nice-to-Have Skills & Certifications:
Architect Certification (preferred).
