Position: ServiceNow Architect (ITSM, ITOM & CSM) :
Location: Dallas, TX

Responsible for Designing, Implementing & Developing ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM & CSM)
Responsible to Use Metric Intelligence to identify and prevent potential service outages
Support and collaborate with process owners, enhancing core applications and ensuring delivery and on-going support of IT solutions.
Should provide technical expertise to evaluate the impacts and links between structure, people, process and technology
The ServiceNow Tech Lead is accountable for configuring and setting up ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM & CSM modules to Prodapt’s clients
What we’re looking for:
Hands-on development experience in the ServiceNow platform notably ITSM, CSM & ITOM
Deep understanding of the key technologies used building ServiceNow integration solutions including Metric Intelligence.
Should have built and applied insight about emerging technology, including ServiceNow roadmap capabilities, to develop and deliver new digital solutions
Strong experience in Integrations with 3rd party tools using (web services, SOAP, email, MID, etc).
Should have experience at UI Scripting, UI Action UI Policy, UI Macro, Business Rules, Workflow development, service-now admin, Reporting in ServiceNow SQL, Database view in ServiceNow
Should be able to create technical documentation for reference and reporting
Hands-On experience on MID Server Integrations
Implementation experience in ServiceNow Discovery & Service Mapping
•             A Bachelor’s degree in any field, with a desired MSc/BE/Masters with
•             In-depth understanding of Telecom (eTOM, TAM, SID frameworks)
•             OSS/BSS business process,
•             Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, SfI CPQ/OM.
•             specialization in IT/Computer Science
•             A minimum of 10-15 years of work experience
•             Experience working in multi-channel delivery projects
