Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Salesforce Administrator to manage, configure, and optimize our organization’s Salesforce platform.
The Salesforce Administrator will be the primary technical point of contact and platform guardian for the Contact Center transformation.
You will be responsible for the health, security, and ongoing optimization of a global environment supporting 6,700 agents across 14 countries
Required Skills:
Salesforce Administrator
Service Cloud
Strong expertise with core Salesforce functionality (Flows, Lightning configuration, automation, dashboards, reporting).
