Job Description
Must Have:
– All typical responsibilities of a senior business process consultant
– Seasoned IT professional with background in End User Computing asset mgmt.
– Global project implementation experience
– Flexera – experience with Flexera
– Remedy – experience with Remedy ITSM
– ServiceNow HAM Pro implementation (3+)
– ServiceNow ITSM implementation
– ServiceNow certified system administrator
Nice to Have
– Certified Implementation Specialist – ServiceNow HAM Pro (CIS-HAM)
– Certified Implementation Specialist – ServiceNow ITSM (CIS-ITSM)
• Conduct implementation readiness assessment
• Prepare for, and facilitate, implementation workshops
• Create a backlog of Agile stories representing functional requirements
• Create Epic level release plan organizing backlog into logical outcomes
