ServiceNow SPM Architect Jobs in TX
Location: Houston, TX (Onsite)
JD:
Strong understanding of ServiceNow SPM modules and capabilities.
ServiceNow Certified SPM Architect (or equivalent certification)
Architect and design comprehensive SPM solutions for demand management, resource management and financial planning
Define and implement data models, workflows, and integrations to support SPM processes.
Ensure that SPM solutions are scalable, flexible, and aligned with the organization’s IT infrastructure.
Integrate SPM with other IT systems, such as ITSM, CMDB, and ERP, to enable seamless data flow and automation.
Develop and maintain APIs and web services to support integrations
Develop and implement process enhancements using SPM capabilities
