Job Description: 

Key Responsibilities:

•         Collaborate with the ServiceNow Architect to design and implement scalable and efficient ServiceNow solutions.

•         Lead the technical team in configuring and customizing ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, and SecOps.

•         Oversee development activities, including scripting (JavaScript, Glide API), workflows, business rules, UI policies, and automation.

•         Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, and provide technical recommendations.

•         Ensure integration of ServiceNow with third-party applications, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), and enterprise systems.

•         Drive CMDB and Discovery implementation, ensuring accurate asset and service mapping.

•         Troubleshoot complex issues, conduct root cause analysis, and ensure system stability and performance.

•         Provide technical leadership, mentoring junior engineers, and ensuring adherence to best practices.

•         Oversee system upgrades, security configurations, and compliance with IT governance policies.

•         Maintain detailed documentation, including architecture diagrams, development standards, and operational guidelines.

Required Qualifications:

•         Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

•         10+ years of experience in ServiceNow development and implementation.

•         Deep understanding of ServiceNow architecture, modules, and workflows.

•         Strong expertise in JavaScript, REST/SOAP APIs, and ServiceNow scripting.

•         Experience with ITIL framework and IT Service Management processes.

•         Proven ability to integrate ServiceNow with external applications and cloud environments.

•         ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) preferred.

•         Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, onsite environment.

•         Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

•         Experience with ServiceNow CMDB, Discovery, Event Management, and Performance Analytics.

•         Knowledge of Security Operations (SecOps) and Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) in ServiceNow.

•         Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.

•         Hands-on experience in ITOM and ITAM implementation.
