Job Summary:
The ServiceNow Solutions Architect will be responsible for designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions that meet the needs of the organization and clients. This role will work closely with business stakeholders, developers, and other IT team members to ensure successful delivery of ServiceNow services and modules, enhancing IT and business workflows.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead the design, architecture, and development of ServiceNow solutions, including ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, HRSD, CSM, and custom applications.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements and solution designs.
Establish best practices for ServiceNow configuration, development, and integration with other enterprise systems.
Ensure architectural alignment with business goals and compliance with standards, security policies, and regulatory requirements.
Develop proof-of-concepts and prototypes to illustrate solution designs and receive feedback.
Lead ServiceNow implementation projects, overseeing end-to-end solution delivery and aligning technical delivery with project timelines.
Guide and mentor a team of developers and administrators, fostering a collaborative environment.

Maintain system integrity and support upgrades by identifying system dependencies and ensuring compatibility.
Act as a technical subject matter expert, troubleshooting complex issues, and providing guidance on ServiceNow functionalities.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Experience:10+ years of experience in ServiceNow platform design, configuration, and architecture.
Proven experience implementing ServiceNow ITSM and at least two additional ServiceNow modules (e.g., ITOM, ITBM, HRSD, CSM).
Experience with ServiceNow integration using REST/SOAP APIs and integration with external systems.

Certifications: ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist and/or Certified ServiceNow System Administrator preferred.
Key Skills:
Deep understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities, architecture, and data model.
Proficient in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, AngularJS, Glide API).
Strong knowledge of ITIL processes and frameworks, particularly within IT Service Management.
Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex ServiceNow issues.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate technical details to non-technical stakeholders.
