Job Description

 BS Engineering with good exp in Wi-Fi device interoperability testing, strong exp in an onsite lead role embedded with a client directly owning test strategy, and day-to-day execution oversight.

·         Hands-on expertise in Wi-Fi test architecture -defining and driving test coverage across connectivity, onboarding, PHY Rate, Band Steering, roaming, and end-to-end customer use cases in a live lab environment with Octoscope.

·         Strong RF lab ownership and stakeholder collaboration -managing onsite lab infrastructure, coordinating device availability.

·         Proven ability to lead cross-functional test execution -directing both onsite and offshore engineers across density, ensuring alignment on scope, entry/exit criteria, and defect prioritization.

·         Excellent onsite delivery and executive communication skills -experienced in presenting test progress, risk, and quality metrics directly to client program managers.

·         Collaborate and drive the program and manage cross-functional team, from client side and offshore teams in India.

·         Flexible & prior experience to work with Indian team overlapping in Indian timezone
