Position: Solution Architect, Amazon Connect
Location: Atlanta, GA (Hybrid)
Hire Type: Contract
Overview:
Design and deliver IVR, Amazon Connect, and contact center solutions with a strong focus on cloud, automation, and customer experience.
Responsibilities:
Build and optimize IVR, Amazon Connect flows, Lex bots, and omnichannel solutions.
Create IVR deflection strategies to reduce customer handling time.
Architect and deploy cloud solutions (AWS + data centers).
Lead integrations using Lambda, authentication, routing, WFM, analytics, and reporting.
Support large-scale cloud/on-prem contact center systems.
Guide cloud migration and modernization projects.
Solve complex technical issues across apps, networking, and architecture.
Manage teams of 15+ engineers and work with business leaders.
Translate business needs into functional requirements and improvement plans.
