Supply Chain Data Analyst (SAP & Power BI) | 5+ Years Experience
Are you a data-driven Supply Chain Analyst with deep SAP supply chain data expertise and strong Power BI reporting skills? We are looking for a proactive, self-sufficient professional who can transform complex supply chain data into actionable business insights for leadership teams.
Key Responsibilities
Work within the organization’s Insights and Delivery Platform data lake, leveraging SAP supply chain data to support reporting and analytics initiatives.
Understand and interpret SAP supply chain data structures, tables, and field-level relationships across procurement, inventory, warehouse, and logistics processes.
Extract, transform, validate, and analyze large datasets to ensure accurate representation of business operations and performance.
Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and KPI scorecards for supply chain leadership.
Build complex queries to retrieve and transform data from enterprise data platforms and data lakes.
Deliver reporting solutions for key operational metrics, including:Spend Analysis
On-Time Delivery (OTD)
Inventory Performance
Procurement Effectiveness
Warehouse Operations Metrics
Supplier Performance KPIs
Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into reporting solutions, and provide actionable insights.
Proactively identify data quality issues, validate business logic, and recommend improvements.
Required Qualifications
SAP Supply Chain Data Expertise (5+ Years)
Strong understanding of SAP Supply Chain data structures and related business processes.
Experience working with SAP data in areas such as:Procurement and Purchasing
Inventory Management
Warehouse Operations
Logistics and Delivery
Supplier Performance Reporting
Ability to understand and interpret SAP tables, relationships, and data definitions.
Knowledge of how key supply chain transactions and metrics are represented within SAP data environments.
Experience validating and reconciling SAP data to ensure reporting accuracy.
This is a data-focused role, not an SAP configuration or functional consulting position.
Power BI & Data Analytics Expertise (5+ Years)
Advanced Power BI development experience, including dashboard design and data modeling.
Strong DAX skills with the ability to build complex calculations and KPI measures.
Experience writing queries to extract, cleanse, and transform data from enterprise data platforms.
Ability to independently develop end-to-end reporting solutions from requirements gathering through deployment.
Strong understanding of data visualization best practices and user-friendly dashboard design.
Desired Skills
Experience working with enterprise data lakes and modern analytics platforms.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Familiarity with supply chain performance measurement and operational KPIs.
Experience supporting executive and leadership-level reporting.
