Rate : $60 Per hour
Role Overview
This is not a traditional Project Manager role.
80% of the role focuses on gathering project data from Salesforce engineering teams, creating reports, and preparing executive-level PowerPoint presentations.
20% of the role involves Scrum leadership and Agile team coordination.
Key Skills Required
Salesforce experience/knowledge
Strong reporting and executive presentation skills
PowerPoint expertise
Agile / SAFe methodology experience
Project Management and/or Business Analysis background
Position Details
6-month contract
Hybrid (3 days onsite per week)
Local candidates preferred; relocation considered
W2 and C2C accepted
Competitive hourly rate
Required Experience
5+ years of Technical Project Management and/or Portfolio Management in large enterprise environments
3+ years of Agile experience, including SAFe and PI Planning
Salesforce project experience with understanding of concepts such as Apex and Lightning
3+ years of experience creating executive-level reports and PowerPoint presentations
Key Responsibilities
Partner with multiple Salesforce engineering teams to gather project updates and status information
Consolidate data from numerous workstreams and create executive-ready reporting packages
Develop high-quality PowerPoint presentations for leadership reviews
Support Agile delivery processes and Scrum ceremonies
Lead and coordinate a Scrum team handling Salesforce-related requests and initiatives
Track project progress, risks, dependencies, and key metrics across teams
