🚀 Key Responsibilities
Design and develop AI agent frameworks, orchestration layers, and intelligent automation solutions
Build scalable AI harness systems including subagents, tool orchestration, memory management, and guardrails
Develop workflow automation and internal productivity tools used across business and technical teams
Integrate enterprise platforms such as Salesforce, Databricks, and cloud-based APIs into AI-driven workflows
Collaborate with business stakeholders and domain experts to translate operational challenges into AI-enabled solutions
Optimize prompt engineering, context management, and AI interaction patterns for reliability and scalability
Implement observability, monitoring, and evaluation frameworks for AI systems
Work with frontier AI models and APIs from OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google
🔹 Required Qualifications
Education
B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related technical field
OR equivalent practical experience
Experience
12+ years of software engineering experience
Strong hands-on experience in AI/LLM systems, agent development, or agentic architectures
Proven experience building automation tools and AI-driven applications adopted by non-technical users
Experience working cross-functionally between technical and business teams
