Role Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced SAP PSA Architect with deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA Production Sharing Accounting (PSA) within the Oil & Gas domain. This role will serve as the primary PSA design authority, leading architecture, integration, and solution alignment across multiple workstreams including JVA and PRA.
🛠Key Responsibilities
Lead SAP PSA solution architecture and ensure alignment with overall program design
Act as the primary PSA authority across integrated tracks (JVA & PRA)
Conduct client workshops, solution design discussions, and architecture reviews
Drive requirement clarification, feasibility assessments, and solution alignment
Review and approve PSA-related deliverables
Coordinate cross-functional integrations and dependencies
Provide architectural oversight during build, test, cutover, and go-live
Ensure alignment with SAP Clean Core principles and standard S/4 capabilities
✅ Required Skills & Experience
Strong hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA PSA (Production Sharing Accounting)
Solid integration knowledge with JVA (Joint Venture Accounting)
Oil & Gas (Upstream) industry experience
Proven experience leading complex solution design discussions
Strong stakeholder communication skills (IT & Business)
Ability to translate technical architecture into business-focused solutions
