SAP Supply Chain Business Systems Analyst
Position: SAP Supply Chain Business Systems Analyst
Location: San Francisco, CA – Onsite – Need Locals
Duration: 6-12+ Months

Scope of Work
Work very closely with Supply Chain and internal IT operations team to understand the
business requirements and then partner closely with IT development teams and design solutions
Understand customer problems and anticipates their needs / Identifies client issues and
approaches for determining potential solutions.
Build proofs-of-concept (POC) for potential new solutions and technology
Create and present functional and technical design including data analysis to business
team, and seek feedback to influence solution design and approach
Document functional business requirements, process flow diagrams, and business cases
Facilitate review sessions with functional owners and end-user representatives
Lead UAT with end users including coordination and user acceptance signoff
Preparation of user documentation and training documentation as necessary
Demonstrate business knowledge and expertise to drive business process improvements
Skills and Experience
Working knowledge on SAP MM and PP/PM
Strong understanding in production and procurement master data such as material master,
BOM, routing, Production version and Work center.
Strong experience in Maintenance order and Production order processing and required configuration
setup
Experience in Inventory management
Should have a good experience in
Configuration of Org structure, Master data, Purchasing, Pricing, and Account Determination, PR/PO Release strategy process, Outputs & Forms, Inventory Management, Logistic Invoice Verification and Physical Inventory areas.
Must be experienced in designing
