Job Title- SAP Performance Test Lead

Location: Hybrid in Houston, TX

Type: : long Term Contract
 

Required Skills

Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent related work experience.
8+ years of strong experience in Performance Testing & Engineering using Load Runner/ JMeter/ Neoload
Must have SAP performance testing experience
SAP GUI testing
Handson Experience in scripting APM
Strong Client Communication and Handle the End-to-End PT with proper Strategy 
Roles and Responsibilities

Develop and implement a performance testing plan for Device based 
Manage all phases of performance testing, from planning to analysis.
Identify performance risks and create mitigation strategies.
Troubleshoot and resolve performance issues with hands-on expertise.
Experience in APM tools to monitor and analyze application performance.
Conduct load and stress tests using Neoload, JMeter & Load runner.
Schedule and lead triage calls to address application performance issues with teams.
Communicate testing progress and results clearly to stakeholders.
Recommend optimizations based on performance test findings.
Collaborative problem-solving skills.
Hands on experience with SAP performance testing
Sap Performance testing and engineering experience
