Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled SAP S/4 HANA Customer Service Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing, supporting, and optimizing SAP S/4 HANA solutions focused on the Customer Service (CS) module. You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, provide technical expertise, and ensure smooth integration of customer service processes within SAP S/4 HANA, driving efficiencies, improving user experience, and ensuring seamless customer service delivery.
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the implementation of SAP S/4HANA Customer Service (CS) module.
Conduct workshops to gather and document business requirements.
Design and configure SAP solutions to meet business requirements.
Develop and implement best practices for SAP S/4HANA Quote to Service processes.
Configure Equipment Master data and ensure accurate configuration.
Configuration Service Contracts, Service Quotation and Service Order processes.
Handle Return Material Authorization (RMA) processes.
Integrate Customer Service module with Order to Cash (OTC) and Service to Repair modules.
Provide expert guidance on SAP Best Practices for Customer Service.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP CS module.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 10 years of experience as an SAP Functional Consultant with a focus on Customer Service.
Extensive experience with SAP S/4HANA CS module implementation.
Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Quote to Service processes.
Proficiency in SAP Best Practices for Customer Service.
Experience with Equipment Master, Service Quotation, Service Order, and RMA processes.
Familiarity with integration of CS module with OTC and Service to Repair modules.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to lead workshops, gather requirements, and design SAP solutions.
SAP certification in S/4HANA Customer Service is a plus.
