Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP Migration Subject Matter Expert (SME) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge and hands-on experience in SAP migration projects, including planning, execution, and post-migration support. This role requires a deep understanding of SAP systems, data migration strategies, and best practices to ensure a seamless transition.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage SAP migration projects from legacy systems to SAP S/4HANA or other SAP environments.
• Develop and implement migration strategies, plans, and timelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Perform data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes.
• Conduct system and data validation to ensure accuracy and completeness of migrated data.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance on SAP migration tools and methodologies.
• Troubleshoot and resolve migration-related issues and challenges.
• Document migration processes, procedures, and best practices.
• Train and mentor team members on SAP migration techniques and tools.
• Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies, trends, and best practices.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of [X] years of experience in SAP migration projects.
• In-depth knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and other SAP modules.
• Proficiency in data migration tools and techniques (e.g., SAP Data Services, LSMW, etc.).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• SAP certification(s) preferred.
