Job Description:
1. Consulting & Solution Design:
• Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP QTC solutions, focusing on areas such as Sales Order Management, Pricing, Billing, Credit Management, and Revenue Recognition.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to analyze current processes and define future-state requirements.
• Develop and document functional specifications, mapping requirements to SAP capabilities, and providing best practice solutions.
• Ensure alignment between SAP functionality and business objectives across multiple functional areas.
2. Project Management & Delivery:
• Manage and support end-to-end SAP QTC project implementations, from initial scoping through to go-live and post-implementation support.
• Provide oversight and leadership on project timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure successful project delivery.
• Support business transformation initiatives and process improvements using SAP technologies.
• Ensure high-quality deliverables are produced in a timely manner, maintaining the integrity of SAP QTC processes.
3. Client Engagement & Stakeholder Management:
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients during the project lifecycle, building strong relationships and managing expectations.
• Lead client workshops, training sessions, and presentations to ensure a clear understanding of SAP QTC solutions.
• Communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and help them understand the benefits of SAP QTC capabilities.
4. Team Leadership & Mentorship:
• Lead and mentor junior consultants and team members, providing guidance and supporting their professional development.
• Promote a collaborative team environment and encourage knowledge sharing across the team.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement in SAP QTC solutions and related business processes.
5. System Optimization & Maintenance:
• Oversee post-go-live support and enhancement of SAP QTC solutions to ensure continued alignment with business requirements.
• Provide expertise in troubleshooting and resolving system issues related to the QTC cycle.
• Proactively identify opportunities for system improvements and optimizations.
# Experience:
• Minimum of 7-10 years of experience working with SAP QTC solutions, with a proven track record in SAP implementation projects (S/4HANA experience is a plus).
• Strong understanding of the full QTC process, including SAP SD (Sales and Distribution), SAP MM (Materials Management), SAP FICO (Finance and Controlling), and integration with other modules.
• Previous experience leading SAP QTC implementations, upgrades, and support projects.
• Experience with system integration, testing, and troubleshooting in complex SAP environments.
Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in SAP QTC configurations (Sales Order, Billing, Pricing, Credit Management, etc.).
• Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and its latest features related to QTC processes.
• Experience with SAP Fiori, SAP Cloud Platform, and related technologies.
• Familiarity with SAP integration with third-party systems (CRM, ERP, and other business applications).
• Strong understanding of business process mapping, gap analysis, and solution design.

• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
