Job Title: SAP BTP Architect
Location: Miami, FL (Day One onsite)

Role Summary The SAP BTP Architect will lead the design, development, and integration of SAP Business Technology Platform solutions to modernize clients transitioning from legacy ERP systems (SAGE & MILO). This hands-on role combines deep technical expertise in ABAP/RAP and CAPM with strong client-facing skills to deliver scalable, cloud-native applications and seamless integrations.

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement BTP solutions integrating with non-SAP ERPs via APIs, middleware, and SAP Cloud Integration (CPI).

Develop cloud-native applications using CAPM, CDS views, OData, Node.js/Java runtimes, and Fiori Elements.

Perform high-quality ABAP development (reports, enhancements, workflows).

Utilize Java, JavaScript, and Python for services, automation, and UI customization.

Lead teams, mentor on BTP best practices, and drive Agile CI/CD and DevOps processes.

Engage stakeholders to gather requirements, present architectures, and align solutions with modernization goals.

Stay current on SAP innovations and recommend integration/deployment improvements.

Qualifications

15+ years in SAP development, including at least 3 years in SAP BTP (ABAP + CAPM).

SAP certifications in ABAP, BTP, or CAPM preferred.

Core: ABAP, CAPM (CDS Views, Node.js/Java), SAP BTP, SAP Cloud Integration.

Additional: Java, JavaScript, SAP Fiori/UI5, Python.

Strong Agile CI/CD and DevOps experience.

Integration with non-SAP ERPs (SAGE, MILO).

SAP Business Application Studio (BAS), Fiori Elements, microservices, and event-driven architectures.

Tools: Jira, Confluence, Git workflows.
