Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced SAP Field Service Management (FSM) Consultant to join our team. This role involves implementing and configuring SAP FSM, a cloud solution acquired by SAP, to optimize field service operations.

Qualifications
· Hands-on field service operations & processes experience
10+yrs experience in the SAP Field Service
· Min. 10 yrs SAP FSM implementation,
· Hands-on SAP field Service / FSM design & configuration.
· Relevant experience within SAP Field Service Management or Work Management.
· Experience in configuration capabilities in web and mobile applications for SAP Field Service Management Product.
· Configuring sub-modules in SAP FSM: Resource planner, Technician Skills Management module, Time and Material, Journal approval functionality, and Smartform settings.
· Strong knowledge of Work Order Management, GEO Enablement for Mobile Integration, Schedule and Dispatch, Service & Mobile Device Management.
· Bachelor of IT, Engineering (IT, Industrial, etc.)
Responsibilities
· SAP Field Service Management Projects
· Implement & configure SAP Field Service Management (FSM) solutions.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.
SAP FSM systems support & troubleshooting
· Conduct training sessions for end-users.
Ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules and systems.
· Experienced in SAP Field Service Management or Work Management.
· Configuration in web & mobile apps. for SAP Field Service Management Product.
· Configuring sub-modules within FSM: Resource planner, Technician Skills Management module, Time & Material Journal approval functionality, and Smartform settings
· Experience in SAP Mobile Asset Management.
· Strong knowledge of Work Order Management, GEO Enablement for Mobile Integration, Schedule and Dispatch, Service & Mobile Device Mgmt. processes.
Develop FSM requirement specifications that will determine the estimate of cost, time, and resources to deploy SAP FSM solutions.
· Highlight/identify gaps in existing functionality & review requirements with stakeholders.
· Analyze and refine functional and non-functional requirements associated with CIS systems for delivering the necessary technology service
· Create and evolve technical design throughout service development while maintaining adherence to functional specifications and system standards.
· Manage the lifecycle of all SAP Field Service Management incidents and ensure they are solved satisfactorily according to defined SLAs.
