Role: SAP SD Customer Service Consultant
Location: Newark, CA / ONSITE
Duration: Long Term Project

Job Role and Responsibilities:
Lead and support SAP S/4HANA implementations focused on Customer Service (CS), SD, and related modules.
Analyze client requirements and design end-to-end SAP solutions tailored to automotive service processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver transformation projects including:
Spare parts and warranty management
Dealer performance and service process excellence
Integration with OEM systems and legacy platforms
Participate in RFPs, solution architecture, and business case development.
Conduct workshops, training sessions, and provide post-implementation support.
Create proof-of-concepts and integrate SAP with other ERP systems as needed.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
MBA or equivalent from Tier 1/2 business schools (preferred).
2–6 years of hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA CS, SD, or related modules.
Proven track record in at least 2–3 large-scale SAP transformation projects.
Strong understanding of automotive industry processes and customer service operations.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, global consulting environment.
