Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Service Cloud Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in Salesforce development, particularly within Service Cloud, and hands-on experience integrating Salesforce with contact center solutions. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and enhancing the Service Cloud platform to meet customer service workflows, focusing on seamless integration with contact center technologies. Familiarity with Genesys integration with Salesforce will be considered a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with business analysts, stakeholders, and administrators to design and implement Salesforce Service Cloud solutions.
Develop and customize Salesforce Service Cloud components, including case management, Omni-Channel, Service Console, and knowledge bases.
Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and contact center platforms (e.g., Genesys, Cisco, Amazon Connect, or Twilio).
Design and implement CTI (Computer-Telephony Integration) solutions within Salesforce.
Configure and manage Live Agent/Chat, bots, and contact routing features in Salesforce.
Optimize workflows and automation using Apex Classes, Triggers, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
Conduct performance analysis and recommend improvements for both Salesforce and integrated contact center platforms.
Ensure seamless data flow between Salesforce and external systems via APIs (e.g., REST/SOAP).
Maintain and ensure unit testing, code deployments, and version control for quality assurance.

Required Qualifications

3–5 years of experience working as a Salesforce Developer, with at least 2 years focused on Service Cloud.
Hands-on experience in integrating Salesforce with contact center technologies (CTI adapters, dialers, or IVR systems).
Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, LWC, and Salesforce configuration tools.
Solid experience with Salesforce API integration (REST/SOAP), middleware, and integration tools.
Familiarity with Omni-Channel setup, automation (Flows, Process Builder), and Console customization.
Knowledge of contact center basics, including call queueing, routing strategies, and live chat.
Genesys integration experience is a strong plus.
Salesforce Service Cloud Certification is a plus.
Experience with Agile development processes and knowledge of DevOps CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce.
