Job Description :

Roles and Responsibilities:  

·         10+ years of IT experience

·         5+ years of experience with Salesforce B2B Commerce Cloud (Cloud Craze) – Website

·         Experience facilitating functional discovery workshops.

·         Experience with implementing online payment processing features.

·         Experience with Agile delivery methodology

·         Experience with end-to-end implementation delivery

·         Experience leading functional workstreams

·         Experience with technical strategy

·         Experience with team management

·         Experience working in a professional services firm or working in a client service environment.

·         Experience with help client manage customizations for Salesforce B2B Commerce Cloud

·         Experience with Salesforce Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Systems

Qualifications:

·         Lead project discovery workshops, both on-site and remotely

·         Assess client business requirements and work closely with the Technical Architect/Lead to provide long-term functional solutions based on the applicable Salesforce platform best practices.

·         Communicate platform capabilities and limitations to clients effectively.

·         Identify client process pain points and gaps in best practices.

·         Create and socialize feature and technical roadmaps.

·         Drive client functional requirements and eCommerce best practice adoption

·         Author & review functional specification documentation and user stories for implementations and other large projects
