Role: Salesforce Consultant
Location: Atlanta, GA (Hybrid)
Duration: 12+ Months

Must have Certifications:
•       ADM201 (Salesforce Certified Administrator) (Mandatory).
•       Sales Cloud or Service Cloud certification (Mandatory).

Must have:
•       Minimum of 4-5 Salesforce Sales/Service/Experience Cloud
implementations, each lasting at least 6 months.
•       Extensive experience in Salesforce CRM Roadmap Planning, Solution
Design, and Sales/Service/Experience Cloud Implementation.
•       Proficiency with SFDC objects, configurations, and administration
essentials.
•       Hands-on knowledge of Salesforce declarative tools and ability to
build prototypes in Sales/Service/Experience Cloud.
•       Good-to-have knowledge of Apex/Visualforce, JavaScript frameworks,
HTML5, and Web Services.
•       Ability to create Solution Design / Technical Design Documents from
BRDs (Business Requirements Documents).
•       Strong skills in conducting Gap analysis, preparing Functional
Requirements (SRS), and creating Use Case documentation.
•       Proven ability to work with geographically dispersed teams and handle
end-to-end
•       Experience managing offshore development/configuration/testing teams.
•       Willingness to work flexible hours, including
late-evening/early-morning calls.
