Job Description:

Program Leadership & Delivery:

Lead and manage the full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) for mission-critical programs, from concept and design through deployment and operational readiness, often following Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Define program scope, objectives, success metrics, and comprehensive execution plans (e.g., roadmaps, timelines, resource allocation).
Proactively identify, analyze, and mitigate complex risks and dependencies across multiple teams and organizational boundaries.
 

Technical & Platform Expertise:

Serve as the subject matter expert for the technical capabilities and limitations of the nCino platform and Salesforce ecosystem (including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and the underlying platform).
Evaluate the technical feasibility of business ideas and translate high-level business requirements into clear, actionable technical specifications for development teams.
Drive discussions on technical design, architecture, integration strategies, and long-term scalability of the nCino/Salesforce solution.
 

Stakeholder Management & Communication:

Act as the central point of contact and trusted advisor for business stakeholders and executive leadership.
Facilitate executive-level meetings, steering committees, and status reviews, providing crisp, regular updates on program health, risks, and critical decisions.
Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, and Engineering Leads to align roadmaps, prioritize work, and negotiate technical trade-offs.
 

Operational Excellence:

Champion best practices in software delivery, quality assurance, and change management.
Drive continuous improvement by owning and optimizing processes, tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence), and communication channels.
 

Experience & Certifications:

7+ years of progressive experience in Technical Program Management, Technical Project Management, or a related role in a large-scale, enterprise environment.
Deep and recent experience with the nCino Bank Operating System (Commercial/Retail Loan Origination, Account Opening, etc.).
Expertise in the Salesforce platform, including a solid understanding of its core functionalities, declarative features, and development aspects (Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, Integrations).
Proven track record managing projects or programs in the banking, financial services, or fintech industry.
Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe).
