Job Title            : Sailpoint Engineer

Job description:

·         Bachelor’s degree in Computer science or equivalent, with minimum 8+ Years of relevant experience.

·         Strong experience in SailPoint implementation and administration (preferably IdentityNow or IdentityIQ).

·         Hands-on experience with SailPoint connectors, workflows, and customizations.

·         Familiarity with Identity Governance, provisioning, access reviews, and security policies.

·         Strong knowledge of Java and BeanShell for SailPoint customizations.

·         Experience with SailPoint’s rule engine, identity lifecycle management, and compliance reporting.

·         Familiarity with integrations (LDAP, Active Directory, ServiceNow, Workday, cloud apps).

·         Knowledge of security protocols such as SSO, MFA, and OAuth.

·         Certifications: SailPoint IdentityNow or IdentityIQ certifications (preferred but not required).

·         Demonstrate excellent communication skills including the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers.

·         Ability to use strong industry knowledge to relate to customer needs and dissolve customer concerns and high level of focus and attention to detail.
