Role: Release Manager

Must have:

•       Github, Jenkins

Requirements:
•       Plan, manage, and oversee the end-to-end release process for software
deployments. Develop and implement standardized release management
processes and best practices.
•       Maintain and manage the release calendar, ensuring alignment with
business objectives and IT initiatives.
•       Collaborate with Development, QA, DevOps,  and Product teams to define
and execute release strategies. Schedule and facilitate Change Advisory
Board (CAB) meetings, ensuring all changes are reviewed, approved, and
documented.
•       Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure compliance with security,
quality, and regulatory requirements.
•       Identify and mitigate risks associated with software releases to
minimize business impact.
•       Monitor and track release progress, ensuring timely resolution of
issues and roadblocks.
•       Lead post-release reviews and drive continuous improvement
initiatives.
•       Document release plans, rollback strategies, and post-mortem reports.
•       Automate and optimize release workflows to enhance efficiency and
reliability.
•       Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and best practices.
•       Hands-on experience with Jenkins, Appian, and Automation Anywhere.
•       Familiarity with Linux environments. Proficiency in GitHub for version
control and collaboration.
•       Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management
skills.
