Release Manager Remote only Dallas, TX

Role: Release Manager
Location: Remote
Contract: 12+ months

Requirements:
Plan, manage, and oversee the end-to-end release process for software
deployments. Develop and implement standardized release management
processes and best practices.
Maintain and manage the release calendar, ensuring alignment with
business objectives and IT initiatives.
Collaborate with Development, QA, DevOps,  and Product teams to define
and execute release strategies. Schedule and facilitate Change Advisory
Board (CAB) meetings, ensuring all  changes are reviewed, approved, and
documented.
Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure compliance with security,
quality, and regulatory requirements.
Identify and mitigate risks associated with software releases to
minimize business impact.
Monitor and track release progress, ensuring timely resolution of issues
and roadblocks.
Lead post-release reviews and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Document release plans, rollback strategies, and post-mortem reports.
Automate and optimize release workflows to enhance efficiency and
reliability.
Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and best practices.
Hands-on experience with Jenkins, Appian, and Automation Anywhere.
Familiarity with Linux environments. Proficiency in GitHub for version
control and collaboration.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management
skills.
