Generative AI / NLP

We are seeking an experienced Generative AI / NLP candidate with strong expertise in deep learning, large language models (LLMs), and Python-based AI development. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience building and deploying GenAI solutions, developing NLP models, and working with modern AI frameworks and cloud platforms to create scalable machine learning applications.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement Generative AI and NLP solutions using deep learning techniques.

Write efficient, scalable, and well-documented Python code for building, fine-tuning, and deploying LLM-based applications.

Develop and implement GenAI-based solutions, including prompt engineering and vector database integrations for storing and retrieving model-based data.

Implement and optimize deep learning models for tasks such as text classification, sentiment analysis, summarization, and other NLP applications.

Build rapid AI-powered applications using frameworks such as Streamlit, FastAPI, and Flask.

Work with LLM orchestration frameworks such as LangChain or similar tools.

Deploy and scale machine learning models on cloud platforms such as Azure or GCP.

Design and implement agentic architectures and multi-agent patterns, including tools such as AutoGen or similar frameworks.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design scalable and production-ready AI solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience working with deep learning models, particularly in Natural Language Processing (NLP), Python, Generative AI (GenAI), and AI-related technologies.

6+ years of overall experience in software development, data analytics, or data science.

Strong understanding of deep learning techniques and architectures.

Solid knowledge of large language models (LLMs) and their real-world applications.

Demonstrated expertise in Python development with strong experience using libraries such as:

TensorFlow

PyTorch

Hugging Face Transformers

Experience working with vector databases for AI-driven data storage and retrieval.

Experience with prompt engineering techniques for GenAI solutions.

Familiarity with AI orchestration frameworks such as LangChain or similar tools.

Experience deploying machine learning solutions on Azure or GCP cloud platforms.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with agentic AI architectures and multi-agent frameworks.

Knowledge or experience in the healthcare domain.
