Role: Product Owner with Property & & Casualty Insurance domain(Auto, Home, Umbrella LOBs)

Key Responsibilities:
* Define the Data Product: Scope, Users, Value Proposition
* Prioritize the Backlog Based on Value, Risk, and Dependency
* Write Clear Requirements & Acceptance Criteria
* Stakeholder Management & Alignment (Business + Tech + Governance)
* Ensure Data Governance & Compliance Are Built In
* Define and Track Quality, Reliability, and Observability
* Lead Discovery: Validate the Problem Before Scaling the Build
* Manage Delivery: Sprint Goals, Incremental Value, Release Planning
* Drive Adoption & Change Management
* Own the Product Lifecycle: Continuous Improvement & Cost Control

Required Skills and Experience:
* Hands-on experience in executing projects in Agile methodology
* Experience in implementing Agile methodologies in Data warehouse projects
* Must have experience in handling data warehouse projects in P&C insurance domain
* Should have functional knowledge on Data Products, Snowflake domain
* Should be expertise in managing project delivery in Rally
