Role: Product Owner with Property & & Casualty Insurance domain(Auto, Home, Umbrella LOBs)

Descriptions:

Key Responsibilities:
• Define the Data Product: Scope, Users, Value Proposition
• Prioritize the Backlog Based on Value, Risk, and Dependency
• Write Clear Requirements & Acceptance Criteria
• Stakeholder Management & Alignment (Business + Tech + Governance)
• Ensure Data Governance & Compliance Are Built In
• Define and Track Quality, Reliability, and Observability
• Lead Discovery: Validate the Problem Before Scaling the Build
• Manage Delivery: Sprint Goals, Incremental Value, Release Planning
• Drive Adoption & Change Management
• Own the Product Lifecycle: Continuous Improvement & Cost Control

Required Skills and Experience:
• Hands-on experience in executing projects in Agile methodology
• Experience in implementing Agile methodologies in Data warehouse projects
• Must have experience in handling data warehouse projects in P&C insurance domain
• Should have functional knowledge on Data Products, Snowflake domain
• Should be expertise in managing project delivery in Rally
