Roles & Responsibilities
Develop and customize RSA Archer applications to meet evolving business needs.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and convert them into clear technical specifications.
Create, manage, and enhance data models, workflows, dashboards, and UI components within the Archer platform.
Conduct testing, debugging, and quality assurance to ensure stability and accuracy of Archer applications.
Provide ongoing maintenance, enhancement, and production support for existing Archer applications.
Document technical processes, configurations, and code to ensure proper knowledge sharing within the team.
Develop custom solutions, ODAs (On-Demand Applications), and questionnaires in the Archer/eGRC environment.
Produce and present Proof of Concepts (POCs) and demonstrate product capabilities.
Manage end-to-end SDLC activities including layout design, access controls, advanced workflows, notifications, and deployment packaging.
Support deployment of Archer solutions across test and production environments.

Strong understanding of GRC concepts and Archer platform architecture.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to manage configurations, workflows, and custom solutions efficiently.
Good communication skills to translate business requirements into technical deliverables.
Required Technical Skills
5–7 years of hands-on experience with RSA Archer development, testing, and support.
Expertise in Archer core components:
Access Management (Roles, Groups, Permissions)
Forms / Sub-Forms / Questionnaires
Fields & Layouts
Data Driven Events (DDE)
Advanced Workflow
Data Feeds & Integrations (APIs)
Notifications
Calculated Fields
Cross-References
Mail Merge
Data Imports
Dashboards & Reports
Value Lists
Experience developing ODAs and customizing core solutions.
Strong understanding of Archer eGRC platform capabilities.
Experience in packaging, deployment, and administering configurations within development, test, and production environments.
Must-Have Qualifications
5–7 years of RSA Archer GRC development experience.
Proven knowledge of core Archer modules, workflows, and configuration components.
Experience supporting full SDLC processes for Archer implementations.
Strong testing, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to collaborate with business teams and deliver high-quality GRC solutions.
