Role Name: Anaplan Solution Architect

Location: San Jose, CA

Experience: 2–3 years (Anaplan)

Roles & Responsibilities:

Lead multi-dimensional model development on the Anaplan platform, including configuring existing models, adding new functionality, and optimizing solutions.
Act as the solution architectural lead for mid-sized or large-scale planning solutions.
Understand complex business data requirements and design models that deliver actionable insights.
Guide teams through project ambiguity and uncertainty, providing leadership and mentorship.
Apply knowledge of sales, supply chain, and financial planning principles to data integration, analysis, and solution development.
Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure solutions meet business needs.
Competencies:

Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
Solid understanding of supply chain, financial, and sales planning areas.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to adapt communication style to various audiences.
Ability to learn and adopt new technologies, software, and methodologies.
Required Technical Skills:

Anaplan platform expertise, including model building, configuration, and optimization.
Agile methodology understanding and experience in project execution.
Certified Anaplan Solution Architect or Master Anaplanner certifications.
Must-Have Qualifications:

2–3 years of hands-on experience with Anaplan.
Proven experience in multi-dimensional model development and planning solutions.
Experience acting as a lead or architectural authority in Anaplan projects.
Preferred Qualifications / Nice to Haves:

Previous experience in leading teams in Anaplan projects.
Exposure to integrated planning solutions across supply chain, finance, and sales domains.
