Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Hexagon (formerly Infor) EAM Functional Consultant with strong expertise in configuration, requirements gathering, development coordination, and end-to-end implementation. The consultant will work closely with business and IT stakeholders to deliver high-quality EAM solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities
Gather business and IT requirements and perform detailed gap analysis.
Map customer requirements into Hexagon EAM using AS-IS and TO-BE scenarios.
Create and manage Asset Hierarchy as per ISO 14224 standards.
Prepare functional requirement documents and propose workarounds where required.
Coordinate with offshore development teams for customizations.
Provide functional guidance to technical teams throughout development.
Perform functional testing to ensure solutions meet client requirements.
Assist users during the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) phase.
Obtain milestone sign-offs at each project phase.
Plan and execute Go-Live activities using predefined Go-Live checklists.
Follow SDLC, Agile, and Project Implementation life cycles.
Work on-site at customer location and support post-implementation activities.
Required Skills & Experience
Strong hands-on experience with Hexagon (formerly Infor) EAM configuration and implementation.
Experience with Requirement Gathering, Functional Design & Development Coordination.
Knowledge of SDLC, Agile, and Implementation Methodologies.
Expertise in working directly with business users and stakeholders.
Excellent functional testing and UAT support experience.
Strong documentation and communication skills.
Willingness to work on-site and travel when required.
