Job Summary
We are seeking a DX (Digital Experience) Product Owner with a strong background in the Banking and Financial domain to lead product development efforts onsite in New York. This role focuses on managing the end-to-end lifecycle of cloud-based platforms and SaaS products. You will partner with Senior Product Managers to translate high-level visions into actionable Epics and User Stories, coordinate with 1–2 Scrum teams, and ensure the timely delivery of features. The ideal candidate has deep experience in Payments (Credit Card/ACH) and a proven track record of managing APIs within a large-scale fintech environment.
Key Responsibilities & Required Skills
Scrum Leadership & Delivery
Team Management: Coordinate and drive progress for 1–2 Scrum teams, attending all ceremonies and removing technical blockers.
Agile Execution: Act as the primary bridge between engineers and stakeholders, clarifying requirements and managing the sprint backlog.
Delivery Management: Oversee the development progress to ensure features and capabilities are delivered on time and align with the product vision.
Product Strategy & Requirements
Requirement Engineering: Write detailed Epics and User Stories to support design, development, and testing phases.
Backlog Grooming: Maintain a prioritized product roadmap and backlog, considering upstream and downstream implications of new features.
Research & Insights: Support user research, journey mapping, and market analysis to inform the strategic roadmap.
Technical & Domain Expertise
Financial Ecosystem: Apply deep knowledge of Banking, Payments, Credit Card, and ACH workflows to product design.
Cloud & APIs: Utilize experience building cloud-based SaaS products and API platforms to collaborate with architects on system enhancements.
Metrics & KPIs: Track and evaluate product analytics and KPIs to measure the success of launched features.
Mandatory Technical Skills
Product Management: Expert in Agile/Scrum methodologies and requirement documentation.
Financial Services: Deep experience in Banking/Fintech domains.
Team Coordination: Ability to manage multiple Scrum teams and drive engineering progress.
