Job Description/ Responsibilities
• 8+ years of experience on end-to-end performance testing & engineering
• Experience in translating non-functional requirements into Performance tests using workload modelling
• Expert in performance testing tools like JMeter, BlazeMeter
• Hands-on experience in APM tools like AppDynamics to conduct root cause analysis for performance and scalability bottlenecks
• Able to analyze Splunk logs, AppDynamics Snapshots, method hotspots and response-time hotspots to identify slow components and provide recommendations
• Good experience in service virtualization using tools like CA Lisa
• Experience in performance testing for migration projects (such as PCF to OpenShift and On-prem to Cloud)
• Experience in performance testing for OCP deployments, Docker/Kubernetes containerized applications and microservices
• Good communication & stakeholder management
• Experience in onsite/offshore coordination & communication
