Job description:
Client is looking to hire Pega Developer ( Pega 8 experience ) with LSA/CSSA certification to join our team. The successful candidate will have a track record of designing and implementing complex Pega solutions. As a Pega Developer at our company, you will be responsible for the architecture and design of business applications using Pega PRPC and other Pega frameworks. You will also ensure the application’s quality, design, and build advanced features that meet our business requirements..
Responsibilities:
· Develop high-quality Pega applications by designing and configuring rules and workflows.
· Implement Pega solutions and ensure compliance with Pega system architecture requirements.
· Collaborate with Business Analysts and Product Owners to convert business requirements into scalable Pega solutions.
· Mentor and guide junior developers in Pega development techniques and best practices.
· Conduct code reviews and ensure that the application design and related work products satisfy the requirements.
· Participate in the development of design documents and technical specifications.
· Lead the troubleshooting and debugging of Pega applications.
· Perform regular updates and recommend improvements to existing applications.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
· Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA) or Lead System Architect (LSA) certification from Pega.
· 10+years of hands-on experience with Pega PRPC platform (Pega version 7.x or 8.x).
· Proven experience in Pega frameworks like Smart Dispute, Smart Investigate, etc.
· Strong understanding of Pega methodologies (SmartBPM, Agile Scrum, etc.).
· Expertise in full-stack Pega development (UI, process flow development, backend development, etc.).
· Excellent knowledge of Pega Best Practices, Pega Guardrails, and Pega application architecture.
· Strong understanding of integration APIs and connectors.
