Job Role and Responsibilities:
Client’s Current work structure:
• Oracle EBS.
• Cloud transformation – onprem EBS is stabilized.
• Activating dormant function.

Must have:
• Request from the dev team to apply patches.
• Analyzing the impact of patches before applying.
• Migrating workload from onprem to cloud – based on your experience there will be a lot of OCI presence.
• Experience with SSO issues.
• Oracle internet directory.
• Security related you worked on anything recently.
• Could you provide more detail about how the network layer is implemented?
• Core DBA + EBS.
• Cloning.
• Patching.
• Upgrade
• Oracle apps architecture
• Concurrent Manager
• Performance Tuning
• Single Sign On.
• Responsible for SLA tracking in Service Calls, Incidents, and Change Tasks.
• Experience in providing RCAs for missed SLA tickets and P0 or P1 tickets.
• Ability to work independently and handle a team, work with business to gather requirements, and prepare technical specification documents.
• Ability to create/review/audit technical specifications.
• Adhere to internal processes and tools to deliver projects and programs.
• Participate in regular meetings and provide status updates.
• Ability to work with distributed teams.
• Must be self-motivated with a strong team orientation and the ability to learn quickly.
• Must be organized and capable of handling multiple projects and deadlines.
• Must possess excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Should be certified in OCP and OCI Professional.
• Should have excellent debugging skills.
• Should have excellent verbal & written communication skills.
• Should have experience engaging Oracle Support to research and resolve issues.

Nice To have:
• little knowledge of MongoDB and MS-SQL

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Business Administration, Economy, or Computer Science
• Minimum of 3 project full life cycles & / or Application Support.
