Job Title: Senior Amazon Connect UI / Agent Desktop Engineer

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Amazon Connect Engineer with strong experience in building and customizing agent desktop solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in Contact Control Panel (CCP) embedding, Agent Workspace customization, and developing custom UI solutions integrated with contact flows.
Key Responsibilities
Embed and customize the Contact Control Panel (CCP) using Amazon Connect Streams API
Design and develop a custom agent desktop using React JS and TypeScript
Customize Agent Workspace within Amazon Connect
Map contact flows to UI interactions for seamless agent experience
Implement and manage multi-channel communication (voice, chat, tasks)
Integrate with backend systems using Amazon Connect App Integrations
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer and agent experience
Ensure performance, scalability, and usability of the custom agent interface
Required Skills
Strong hands-on experience with Amazon Connect (CCP & Agent Workspace)
Proficiency in:
React JS
TypeScript
JavaScript (ES6+)
Experience with:
CCP embedding & customization
Contact flow → UI mapping
Multi-channel implementations (voice, chat, tasks)
Familiarity with REST APIs and AWS services
Strong understanding of UI/UX principles for agent workflows
Preferred Qualifications
Experience building custom contact center solutions
Knowledge of AWS ecosystem (Lambda, API Gateway, etc.)
Prior experience with large-scale customer support platforms
