We are seeking an experienced professional to support Risk & Compliance Controls Quality Assurance activities across project portfolios and technology environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Execute control testing and Quality Assurance reviews for Risk & Control Matrices (RCMs).
Validate control effectiveness across SDLC, SAM, and HAM processes.
Develop test scripts, testing methodologies, and automated testing approaches.
Identify control gaps, exceptions, and compliance risks.
Support PMO governance, project compliance reviews, and Go/No-Go assessments.
Review financial controls, CAPEX/OPEX expenditures, and risk indicators.
Prepare dashboards, reporting, and documentation of findings.
Required Skills:
Risk & Compliance, Controls Testing, or Internal Controls experience.
Strong background in Quality Assurance and control validation.
Experience with RCM development and testing.
Knowledge of SDLC controls and project governance frameworks.
Ability to analyze financial and operational risk.
Excellent documentation and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred:
Experience in PMO, portfolio governance, Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid delivery environments.
Exposure to automation, data analysis, and dashboard reporting
