SAP BODS Consultant

We are seeking an experienced SAP BODS Developer to support a large-scale SAP S/4HANA modernization program. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with SAP BusinessObjects Data Services (BODS), SQL Stored Procedures, ETL development, and data integration, particularly within financial services and regulatory reporting environments.

Key Responsibilities
Support functional and technical delivery for large-scale SAP S/4HANA modernization programs.
Drive day-to-day workstream execution across design, development, testing, deployment, and post-go-live stabilization.
Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end ETL pipelines using SAP BODS.
Automate FR Y-9C Information Provided by Entity (IPE) data-processing and ETL workflows.
Develop and optimize SQL Stored Procedures to support data extraction, transformation, validation, and loading processes.
Design and implement data integration workflows to extract and process data from:nCino
Decision Engine
Turbo CAR
Develop data mappings, transformations, validation rules, and reconciliation processes.
Work with functional and technical teams to understand data requirements and translate them into scalable ETL solutions.
Support integration testing, defect resolution, deployment, and post-production stabilization.
Troubleshoot data quality, ETL, and integration issues and provide timely resolutions.
Ensure data integration solutions meet project standards for accuracy, performance, security, and regulatory compliance.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, developers, QA teams, and other project workstreams.
Required Skills & Experience
Strong hands-on experience with SAP BusinessObjects Data Services (SAP BODS).
Experience developing ETL pipelines and data integration workflows.
Strong SQL development skills, including SQL Stored Procedures.
Experience with FR Y-9C regulatory reporting and Information Provided by Entity (IPE) processes.
Experience automating end-to-end FR Y-9C IPE ETL pipelines.
Experience integrating data from nCino, Decision Engine, and Turbo CAR.
Experience supporting SAP S/4HANA modernization or transformation programs.
Strong understanding of data extraction, transformation, loading, validation, reconciliation, and data quality processes.
Experience working through the full SDLC, including design, development, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
Strong communication, analytical, troubleshooting, and stakeholder-management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in Banking / Financial Services.
Knowledge of regulatory reporting and financial data.
Experience with large-scale enterprise data migration and modernization initiatives.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum project environments.
