Job Description : We are seeking 3-4 years of hands-on experienced NetSuite Techno-Functional Consultant to support our customers in optimizing and enhancing their NetSuite ERP system in USA and South American countries. The ideal candidate will possess a balanced mix of technical and functional expertise, enabling them to understand business requirements, configure NetSuite modules, and deliver custom solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
NetSuite Configuration and Customization:
• Configure NetSuite modules based on business requirements (e.g., Finance, CRM, Inventory, and Order Management).
• Develop custom scripts using SuiteScript to meet unique business needs.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand processes and gather detailed requirements.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications and technical designs.
• Design and implement solutions to improve system performance and efficiency.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical and functional issues within NetSuite.
• Create custom reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights for stakeholders.
• Enhance financial and operational reporting capabilities.
• Develop and execute test plans for customizations, configurations, and new features.
• Ensure smooth deployment of updates and enhancements.
User Training and Documentation:
• Provide end-user training and create detailed documentation for system processes and configurations.
• Act as a subject matter expert to assist users with NetSuite queries.
Technical & Functional Skills:
• Proficiency in SuiteScript 1.0/2.0 for customizations.
• Experience with SuiteFlow, SuiteTalk, SuiteBuilder, and SuiteAnalytics.
• Familiarity with NetSuite APIs and third-party integration tools.
• Strong knowledge of NetSuite data architecture and custom record management.
• Solid understanding of core NetSuite modules, including Financials, CRM, Inventory, and Order Management.
• Experience in business process mapping and gap analysis.
General Skills:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with both technical teams and business users.
