Responsibilities:
Support Contact Center/IVR and LP (Live Person) Platform Development
5+ years of .NET CORE and UI/UX development
LP Platform Development
Manage end-to-end development activities, including Bot creation, FAAS, LP configuration, third-party Bot integration and widget creation
Live Person (LP) support tasks
UI/UX Expertise
Well-versed in MM UI/UX (Svelte, Node.js, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS) for complete UI development and integration
Leading a team to ensure on-time delivery of projects
Involved in Figma designs, including the creation of designs for BRC
Backend & Service Development:
Responsible for CPSL service development using .NET and .NET CORE
Bot development on Netomi
